Watson is responsible for all of Microsoft's 400,000 independently owned and operated partners, and has a global team of 5,000 people to help her look after them. Watson covers the entire partner stratosphere, including VARs, ISVs, integrators, distributors, developers and Web agencies. She established the Microsoft Partner Program and doubled channel investment—to more than $2 billion annually.
