STEP TWO (Con't): By re-launching PC Tune-Up using Vista’s “run as administrator” option, I was able to backup the registry. Although PC Tune-UP performs the backup, the program gives you very little information about the process. A dialog box that explains what the backup is for and how a restore could be done would be a nice touch.
