But at a time when so many companies have delayed big capital expenses, telepresence investments may also have fallen by the wayside. Cisco partner and systems integration giant Dimension Data is at the front lines of this disconnect. Solutions manager for converged communications, Mitchell Hershkowitz, talked to Channel Insider about the top seven objections to implementing telepresence and how to answer them.
