HP's Halo system includes three plasma displays in rooms equipped with studio-quality audio and lighting. Participants can share documents and data from their laptops using a separate collaboration screen.

This high-end system also includes a dedicated HP Halo Video Exchange Network with available network operations and management, remote diagnostics and calibration, concierge, equipment warranty, and ongoing service and repair.

Cost: $550,000 for each base system (you'll need two), plus $18,000 in monthly network and service fees in each of the two rooms for a total of $1,532,000 per year.
