Online marketing solutions specialist Implix announced the GetResponse360 consultative e-mail marketing service, aimed at small to medium-size businesses (SMBs) and designed for organizations that want to improve their e-mail marketing expertise, increase the volume and reach of their programs, and expand the overall effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of their campaigns.

GetResponse360 combines its GetResponse e-mail marketing platform with customized solutions and support from a team of experts. Services range from list management, campaign strategy and template design to custom development and high-volume delivery optimization, with particular focus on advanced segmentation (an integrated process for applying a wide range of geolocation, profile and behavioral data to improve response rates) and API integration and dynamic content (bringing GetResponse capabilities into customer environments to increase operational efficiency and ROI, and enable automatic, targeted e-mail messaging).

Other features include campaign automation, transactional e-mails, split testing, and related feature-based improvements and social media integration to expand reach and increase engagement. The stand-alone GetResponse360 system has been engineered to offer reliable, high-volume sending capabilities and Response Expert oversight of the following services: ISP relationship management, dedicated IP addresses, external reputation monitoring, and 24/7 deliverability monitoring and escalation.

Advanced segmentation allows users to create groups based on location, response and profile data from sign-up forms and surveys, while the automated campaigns feature lets users set up auto-responders, follow-up messages and e-mail remarketing campaigns. In addition, split tests let businesses create up to five messages, with various personalization techniques, subjects and styles. GetResponse will test each version, then select and send the best. Businesses can also use the GetResponse API to integrate their e-mail marketing platforms with external applications such as shopping carts, transactional platforms or CRMs.

Implix CEO and founder of GetResponse Simon Grabowski said today's busy consumers are responding to Websites, social media and e-mail campaigns more than ever before, and SMB marketers are reacting by ramping up their e-mail marketing initiatives. He cited a recent Forrester study that found budgets for e-mail marketing are expected to balloon to $2 billion by 2014.

"But many of these companies can't afford to hire more staff or use social media experts. As a result, they need to do more with less and get more ROI from their efforts," he said. "With almost 12 years of experience and a 99 percent deliverability ratio, GetResponse is uniquely qualified to provide consultative services and support to these businesses, regardless of size or expertise. It's the next level of e-mail marketing ROI."
