Finding out exactly what your customers want and need is vital when selecting a vendor. Don't forget that what they want and need might be different things. Some customers are likely to want the cheapest solution on the market, however this may not always be the best fit for their problems. Therefore, finding out what the end user needs, and then finding a vendor partner that supplies the right solution for the right price is critical.
