Google Apps partners CloudLock, Backupify and LTech have collaborated to release the Secure Cloud Bundle, a collection of products to enhance data security, backup and IT administration for organizations that use Google Apps.  By buying the bundle rather than the products separately, customers can save more than 60 percent on the price. The bundle is priced at $9 per Google Apps user per year for a limited time for businesses under 250 users.

“We believe in Google Apps Marketplace’s potential to become a game changer for companies looking to extend the capabilities of Google Apps,” said CloudLock co-founder and CEO Gil Zimmermann, in a statement. “In creating this bundle, we wanted to find companies that shared our enthusiasm for the Marketplace and offered extended security capabilities for Google Apps admins. Backupify and LTech exemplified this description and we are excited to partner with them to help companies bring their Google Apps implementations to the next level.”

According to the companies, Secure Cloud Bundle includes the following:
    • CloudLock - enterprise-class data protection, access controls and security for any organization looking to retain control of their data while gaining the collaboration and cost-savings benefits of the cloud
    • Backupify - secure, automatic daily backups for Google Docs. Backupify provides the peace of mind IT administrators need knowing their data will always be available
    • LTech - advanced IT management and end-user capabilities including macros, user templates and email monitoring

“In addition to the backup, archiving and restore services that we provide our Google Apps customers, we strive to provide small business users with access to other valuable resources that will optimize their Google Apps experience,” said Rob May, CEO and co-founder of Backupify. “The decision to partner with CloudLock and LTech on this Secure Cloud bundle for the Google Apps Marketplace was a no brainer. The partnership teams three complementary and critical solutions to further enhance the security and functionality of Google Apps for the entire ecosystem.”
