Dave O’Callaghan is the executive behind Cisco's distribution strategy--responsible for about 28 percent of the company's total sales. Promoted to this role in March 2006, O'Callaghan previously served as the vice president of sales for the commercial west area at Cisco. Prior to joining Cisco, he held various positions during his 11-year career with Hitachi, including vice president of the western region for Hitachi Data Systems. He's based in Denver, Colo.
