1. Keith Goodwin, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Channels

Goodwin was promoted to head the networking giant's worldwide channel sales in 2005 from his previous role as head of the Americas International Theatre, where he grew revenues by more than 50 percent during his final two years in that role. He joined Cisco in 1999 as vice president of operations for the worldwide field organization, coming to the networking company after 20 years with Hewlett-Packard.
