For two rows in a year now, the IT industry has experienced nearly flat salaries, according to the 2010 Annual Salary Survey data from technology employment firm Dice. The survey found that salaries only increased by 0.7 percent last year, up to $79,384. However, job titles, company size and regional markets had a big affect on pay performance. Here's a look at the best performers.

Average earnings for IT workers at companies with more than 5,000 employees: $88,075.
Workers with experience in Advanced Business Application Programming garnered an average $105, 887 last year.
Those with Informatica experience earned an average of $101,989.
IT pros with experience in Extract Transform and Load pulled in $100,983.
And workers with expertise in Service Oriented Architecture earned $101,827.
Dice reports that Oracle experience was the most requested requirement for job offerings in 2010 and workers with Oracle Database were able to average $90,914 while those with Oracle Application Server pulled in $88,063.
Second-most requested were those with J2EE/Java skills, who made an average $91,060.
Project management skills also made the top five most requested list and did quite well for those bearing the experience, earning them an average $100,143.
Silicon Valley was the best regional salary performer, with workers there making an average $99,028 and receiving a 3 percent raise last year.
Companies in the Washington D.C./Baltimore corridor followed in second, paying an average $89,149.
